Women of Science

Women of Science & Technology Day is a Girl Scouts of Alaska signature event!

Women who have fascinating careers in science and technology will lead fun, hands-on workshops. Past favorite workshops have included Cupcake Geology, Paste With a Taste, Crime Scene Forensics, Mining a Cookie, Wind Energy, and many more!

Please join us at one or more of the following events for hands-on, fun activities led by women in science and technology-related fields.  Cost is just $6 thanks to generous sponsorship by BP Alaska and University of Alaska, and financial assistance is available.
